Money *****ing company

Most pathetic company ever. *******, *****ing money. Not wanting to assist. They blocked R7500 on my account for if I MAYBY damage the vehicle as part of the excess. It's been 10 days and I still haven't received my money back. Each time I call they blame my bank and each time I call my bank they say the haven't received the necessary documents to release my money. They told me it will be released within 24 hours of returning the vehicle. I have had no positive assistance and all they can do is blame the other party. I will never ever rent a car from this pathetic *****ing company again!
