Misleading car rentals Durban

<p>We rented a car from first car rentals in Durban online, we paid online too and got our confirmation that everything is paid nothing to be paid once we arrived, but on our arrival at King shaka international airport the told us before we can have the car we first need to pay R15000.00 as a deposito after we paid online and the balance was nothing we tried to explain to the lady helping us and also showed our confirmation papers but they insisted we have to pay that amount never did any car rental charge us that much for deposit anyway i feel that they were advertising under false pretensions online and we are not happy with this service at all we went to another car rental and they refused to even try and refund us for what we have paid already verry poor service.</p>
