Loaded invoice with insurance I did not request.

Rented a car with First Car Rental through Holiday Autos website and got a voucher

Picking up the car keys at the rental desk I pointed out that the excess on the voucher was less than what was indicated on the voucher. The agent made a copy of the voucher then added their excess waiver WITHOUT INFORMING ME.

Reported it to First Car Rental after the invoice was emailed after the rental. Their response for charging me for something I did not request was to take it up with Holiday Autos.

Would not use them again.
