*****, pathetic service and no feedback

Rented car in Durban King Shaka airport. Lady who helped stated I would get excess and petrol cash I have to pay up front within 24 hours. I phoned after 3 days left 5 messages for manager I think her name is Debbie and she refused to call me back. She **** and stated no message was left I then finally got hold of her and she told me I will get my cash within 7 days not 48 hours as per the lady who **** to me to get my cash. 7days has now passed and they now telling me tomorrow I will get my cash. All this service provider has done is waste my time money and have **** continuously. They have not once phoned or emailed to explain their pathetic service. They are extremely slow and have no care or concern about their customers at all. I didn't even obtain the car I had paid for initially. They gave me some knocked up Toyota that could barely even go up a hill in Durban. Worst car rental IN SA!! Don't ever use their service. They lie and cheat you
