Left me stranded at OR Tambo on a Sunday night 21:30

On Sunday, 22/01/2023 @ 21:15, i arrived from George to OR Tambo. I paid my deposit already on 25/11/2022 with same card i have paid with many times, On site staff said the Capitec card is not approved. They left me stranded. I had to make alternative plans. Another car rental agency assisted me with same card, no hassles. I am also still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. Their word is not honour, as i am still waiting, even after i contacted First Car Rental again. Have used them in the past with same card, same details, but never ever again will i even consider First Car Rental
