Left me stranded

Left me stranded at Cape Town Airport on a Sunday as my virtual credit card was not sufficient for the witholding deposit as per their policy. Not willing to accept any alternative payment. Staff and supervisor was extremely rude and ******** when asking to speak to a manager. I was referred back to my booking agent for a refund. Cartrawler refused to process any refund. They ***** peoples money on ********* technical terms and conditions and when you raise a query with them they give you the same auto response email also not willing to assist or take the matter seriously
