Lanseria branch : 2 hours late with no tablet and no apology

Arrived an hour later than scheduled with a rental vehicle and then the driver arrived without a working tablet and I had to wait another 45 minutes for a new tablet to arrive. Terrible customer service with no one taking accountability for being late and unorganised. I did not even get a phone call explaining my rental would be so late nor an apology when I had to wait nearly 2 hours
