Lack of Feedback

I hired a car from First Car Rental in Mauritius last year December. I was told that I would receive my deposit back within two business days, but it has been exactly 44 days to the day and have not received my deposit back. I have been calling the call centre and they say they will get back to me, but to this day, I have not received a single feedback from any of the agents that I have been speaking to. I am really appalled at how this thing is being handled. I really regret hiring the car through First Car Rental. I am quite sure this will be the last time I go anywhere that company. The amount outstanding has already accumulated interest charges on my credit card. Can I please just get any feedback and have someone to help just my money back. This is totally unacceptable now... PLEASE HELP!!!
