Lack of employees honesty

<p>I had the toyota etios rented out from 15 June 2017 the lady named Dimakatso assisted me with the rental and the inspection of the vehicle I was with my collegue whom helped me inspect the vehicle, upon the return of the vehicle im told that i changed the tyre and stole the boot cover. I asked the manager why dont they check he said that is checked at the washing bay but that lady did write all those remarks while we were there I refused to sign for that.</p>
