Incorrect information is very costly

Good day<br> <br> On receipt of Tax *** I noticed that I had been charged R 3 392.82 for 1 457 extra km`s travelled.<br> <br> This came as a surprise to me because of the following:<br> <br> -I went through to 1st car offices on Saturday the 22nd of August 2015 to exchange cars (took car ND 660205) <br> -And during that time I discussed with David the financial implications of my booking extension.<br> -I specifically asked if the free km`s per day and the rate per day would change from 200 to 100 and R 181.00 to R 152.00 respectively for duration of the whole contract or only from the 1st day of the extension and the rate would .<br> -I suggested that the initial contract/booking be closed and I would make a new booking if the km`s and the rate per day would be changed to 100 and R 152.00 from the 1st day of the initial booking.<br> - David indicated that the free km`s would remain 200 per day for the duration of the initial contract (27 July 2015 - 24 August 2015) and would then change to 100 per day from the 25th of August 2015. <br> -As a result, I exchanged the car, didn`t close the initial booking.<br> Now he denies having that conversation with me at all.<br> I guess I should have recorded the convo
