Incorrect Fuel charge
Rented a vehicle for the weekend and returned it fueled up, 300 meters from the return point. Was however charged additional fuel.<br> <br> The response from the call centre was very arrogant and justified by a consumption per liter calculation that was double the consumption stated on the manufacturer's website!! <br> <br> Pointing this out to them made no difference as their written fuel sheet is stating the additional fuel.<br> <br> Opened the case 3 times and still not willing to refund me!!
