Incorrect billing, numerous attempts from my side

Be warned!!!!<br> <br> 1First Car Rental sends out incorrect invoices because they got your credit card details and you never get your money back.<br> <br> I was renting a car from First Car Rental to travel from Mthatha air port to Kokstad and back on 18 September 2015. Just before Kokstad the car broke down with a leaking fuel tank. It took First Car Rental 4 hours to send me a replacement car.<br> <br> I was billed for refuelling and distance travelled for both vehicles, the replacement car did over 700 km whereas Mthatha is 193 km from Kokstad.<br> <br> I made numerous calls to have it corrected, yesterday 07 October I received another invoice for R94.00. What am I doing wrong to be billed.<br> <br> I don't know about you but I will never use them again
