On returning my hired car I re-fueled 1km away from where they collected the vehicle form me. I provided then with the receipt and mileage at time of collecting. Informing the driver that the car had ben re-fueled at that it need to be done.

On receiving my invoice - they deducted a fuel admin charge and a further R65 for fuel. They refused to let me know how long the driver used the car after collecting it from me (ie what time it was returned to them), the distance of their depot from the collection point, or the milage at the time they received the vehicle. After a week of use the refuel cost me R208 - yet they manage fro use a further R65 in fuel from collection to getting the car to their offices. Every query I opened with them, they marked as resolved and have refused to refund me, get a manger of supervisor to contact me or provide me with the information I have asked for.

Furthermore they have not provided me with the receipts / evidence of e-toll charges they have also ducted from my deposit.
