I will rather walk that use first car rental

Rented a car on holiday in Cape Town in October. Car was faulty and was changed two days later - I got charged for the refueling of both cars, as they delivered it to me.. I decided not to say anything.

2 Months later get charged R400 for a fine, that they first said was in the Eastern Cape, then later changed their story that is was in the Cape, but not an area I was in. I contacted the authority, and the fine was already paid by someone else.

They refused to even consider that this is an error on their side. I requested proof that this fine was for me, and all I got was threats. Instead of helping they handed me over to a dent collected. To protect my credit I decided to pay.
