I forgot my 28inc Brazilian wig in the car.

I rented a ford fiesta on the 20th of October 2017 and returned it on the 24th. While taking out the bags my man forgot my wig in the car. When i phone the office no one saw it like really .how possible is that?. I am really disappointed and i will never rent a car from first car rental. I paid R3350 for that wig.and now is gone just like that.
