Huge amount of Extra Charge when Collecting Car

My Girlfriend arrives at the Airport in Durban on the morning of 19.12.15. Pre-booked a car from Thirst Car Rental for the 1st time as Avis is our go to Rental Company. All Documentation in order and in her hand she arrives at the King Shaka branch just to be told that she will have to pay another R5500 on top of the R3400 that she has already paid. Now it is costing my Girlfriend to run up and down to get the additional R5500 cleared on her credit. <br> <br> The Person at the counter showed her under the fine print ( T&C ), where the R5500 are being showed. Seriously, being so f****** scalish to hide such stuff on the Fine Print just explain so mush about what type of Company this is. At least I have a lot of friends that make use of Car rental due to traveling often, and I will make sure they know how useless this company operates. <br> <br> And I am quite sure that this wont be the last issue. When returning the car there will be more problems. I am willing to put money on that. I have informed my Girlfriend to take photos of everything of that car, Cause like i said. I can see what low life **** this company is. Lets go Viral!!!!
