Horrible service from first car rental

I am disgusted in your service. I returned the car a week ago and i have been charged an extra R4,449.67. You charged an extra R1,929.17 half way through my rental and i was told it will be refunded as it was a mistake from their side. Now i receive an email showing you have deducted a further R2,520.5. I have multiple conversations with the branch manager and she confirmed many times that you ow me money back as i was slightly over with the total milage. Now i have paid R4,449.76 when the total extra kilometers added up to R1,465.10. This has been confirmed by the branch manager and i have photos of the milage to prove this as well as the check sheets etc. I will never use you again and will never recommend them to anyone again.
