Horrible experience

Worst experience with First car rental Pretoria, i will not recommend it to anyone. I hired a car & it started slowing down and didn't have power to it. I call them immediately and a tow truck was send which took two hours to arrive and by that time it was 2 am I was in the middle of no where. To cut the story short they charged me additional charge of R6025 plus R584 for a mechanical failure and extra day charge which was not supposed to be charged. Not even on their terms and conditions.
