We took ownership of the vehicle at Cape Town airport, when we arrived in Stellenbosch, the car overheated. Upon informing First Car rental of this, they advised that we should continue driving the car as is, even though it overheated. That made no sense as obviously that will cause permanent damage to the vehicle and because of this we insisted on a new car. After waiting over 4 hours, the replacement vehicle arrived and then, to add insult to injury, we had to drive the driver of said replacement vehicle back to the depot. This is unacceptable and expect an explanation as to what you intend to do in this matter
