Holding Deposit not paid back within 24 hours

After 3 commitments that the holding dep is paid back within 24 hours & the balance of the dep within 7 - 10 days, of the vehicle being returned, we are still awaiting our holding dep release to reflect on our bank statement. Vehicle was returned 16.02.2015. On the 18.02.2015 an enquiry was made with regards to the status of the holding dep. To date, the holding dep has not yet been paid. This affects my month hugely and will have a ripple effect on next month should this money not be returned within the specified time frame. It is very alarming to see all the Complaints on Hello Peter with regards to First Car Rental. Personally I think this is a matter that needs to be taken further...court...Carte Blance, as this is breach of terms and conditions. I am sure should we, the Customer not adhere to terms and conditions the response time would be very quick. I make ref to Clause 4.3 \YOU will pay all amounts payable by YOU under this agreement to US
