Hidden Costs & Deposit Holding

Used the website to book a pickup in EL dropping off in PE, and selected an additional driver. The quoted seemed nice and low when compared to others, but I was obviously a fool and didn't read through the nicely hidden terms & conditions, wherein you will find out that the additional driver fee and one way fee aren't included in the quote. So ultimately you end up paying ~R1000 more than the quoted amount, which turns out to be more expensive than competitors who include these prices in their quotes.<br> <br> Secondly the company will hold the numerous deposits they charge you for 7 - 10 business days (read 2 weeks minimum), so you will end up paying credit card fees, and they will earn interest on your money.<br> <br> Don't touch this company with a barge pole - they will have some or another scheme in place to charge you more than you budgeted.
