Hidden costs BEWARE

There is so many hidden costs. Please read all the fine print before booking with First Car Rental. Contract fee of R70 that is on the contract stated as R60 and never mentioned on their booking site(only in the small print). So every single custome gets charged R10 more than the contract stated and they refused to amend this when car was picked up!!!<br> Also R77 petrol charge despite filling up the car at airport garage(1km at most).<br> And no invoice received despite having correct e-mail to send rest of info to.<br> Numerous calls later and even spelling my e-mail again they still send it to the wrong adress?!<br> Beware of Hidden Costs and POOR SERVICE.
