HANDLING FEES ON TRAFFIC FINES

First Car Rental introduced a policy that allow for them to charge a R400 handling fee on top of any fines you as clients are responsible for during the rental of their vehicles. For instance, a R200 will carry an additional R400 handling fee, they conveniently share the link with you to make payment and there after slam you with a invoice to the value of R400 claiming it to be handling fees.
