On 14/08/2024 I booked & paid a car rental from First Car Rental. Unfortunately, our plans changed and I had to cancel on 15/08/2024. I read the T's & C's and that it stated you will lose the deposit if cancelled. I took a chance anyway and asked to cancel. I want to thank Tshepo Ntuli for arranging the cancellation and assisting me with a full refund on my deposit.
