Goods leftt in vehicle
I returned the car at the hatfield branch on the 19 December 2015 Res number ***. I left my sunglasses in the car, when i called the branch, i was told that my sunglasses are not in the lost and found box.<br> <br> i was told that the car is handled by a lot of people, the person who receives it, the person who pits the petrol and the car wash, and there is therfore no way they could no where the sunglasses are

We found this complaint particularly disturbing as we pride ourselves on the integrity and trust of both our staff members and our Company as a whole.
In our investigation to clear up this incident we have consulted with our branch manager who has checked again and confirms that nothing was found.
While we do try our utmost to identify and return any objects left in our vehicles, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any losses.
We would like to sincerely apologise for not being able to assist you in the location of your goods and hope that this will not jeopardise any future relationship between you our valued customer and First Car Rental.
