Fuel deposit nightmare

Good day<br> <br> Please read this as a general warning before dealing with First Car Rental. As per normal procedure they will put a deposit hold on your debit card, as well as deduct a fuel deposit with your total cost from your card. That will be very quick, trust me.<br> On return of your vehicle, you would expect them to uplift the hold on your card for the deposit. Nope, ain't gonna happen. Even after I received my invoice, I still had to make various phone calls and email follow ups to get that sorted. It's now been 8 days since I have returned my vehicle, and I am still waiting for my fuel deposit. According to their own bank, they should have made an EFT to my account as were instructed to them previously. They followed another process, so in all likelihood I am going to wait for another 5 working days for my funds!!!<br> On Friday one of their consultants rep**** to me the following: \FNB has instructed us that it can take 24 to 48 hours for the amount to reflect...."<br> It's now been 100 hours since then"
