Frustrated on an unauthorized debit order

I came to SA for my mother’s funeral and my husband had made a remark from First Cars. First of all, there were charges we were not told about that we had to pay, their website is not very clear. Regardless we managed to get the car. We returned it on time in good condition. Fast forward 27 September, which is 2 months later, our account gets debuted with an amount of R2000. This no one sent us any invoice for or even informed us. I have sent emails that I get automated responses. I called and was transferred 3 times even though I explained that I was on an international call. Eventually I got cut off and no email or anything. What true have done is *******. And sadly *********. If HelloPeter could just help me to get someone to even just send me an email.
