**********ly adding on Charges!

<p>I picked 1 star, there's no no-star option! Hired a car online last week for Cape Town and the deposit amount says R1500, phoned them in CT, the lady says its a R10500 Dep on std waiver so we took the super waiver which was R5500 Dep but a charge of R210 more! They also said if we refuel there will be no charge deducted from our deposit, returned the polo vivo yesterday. Filled on Fri as well yesterday just outside the airport and the needle went passed the full mark. Today we receive an invoice, R153 deducted for refuelling charges! Where the hell did they put the fuel if we filled up passed the full mark. The Vivo tank is quite small, how could they fill up so much more? Phoned CT,first they said email customer care if we feel it's unfair then said they will call me back but still waiting for a call. Don't ever hire a car from these people, especially Cape Town! They are so *****ed and I suspect foreigners are easy targets! </p>
