My vehicle needed to go into the Panel Beaters and my INSURANCE COMPANY arranged car hire through FIRST CAR RENTAL, the arrangements were done swiftly & efficiently and First Car Rental Randburg delivered my hired car to my office, the young gentleman imprinted by credit card and phoned the CCV number through to the office. I returned the hired car two weeks ago and received an email that my balance of R 740 would be processed against my credit card. On Saturday 7th November by cellphone received multiple messages that transactions were being processed against my credit card, on phoning my credit card company it was discovered that FIRST CAR RENTAL had processed three transactions R 5, 000 + R 5,000 + R 3,000 thankfully the one R 5,000 was declined BUT FIRST CAR RENTAL got away with R 8,000. WELL FIRST CAR RENTAL, SORRY FOR YOU BUT I AM GOING TO USE EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA OPTION AVAILABLE TO ME, INCLUDING ADVISING THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO ADVISE EVERYONE ABOUT THE ***** THAT FIRST CAR RENTAL COMMITS.
