FOR PEACE OF MIND DO NOT USE FIRST CAR RENTAL

I will never use this car hire company again and will not recommend anyone else to use it. I booked and paid for the car in full. When I picked up the car, I was charged a holding deposit of R3500 and another deposit of R2 300. Today when I called a very unhelpful call center staff mentioned that the second deposit was for add on's. This is the first time I was charged two separate deposits. I returned the car on Sunday and still waiting for my deposit. I have used other car hire companies before and never had this problem. Also with the other car hire companies, my deposit was refunded the next day.

For a peace of mind DO NOT USE FIRST CAR RENTAL!!!
