FNB give my family what belong to them

Please help me to ask this bank what do they want from my family and account was frozen and later my card canceled they said they suspect ***** more than one month now have been going the every week calling ***** department two times a week with money I do not have and after they see money on my son account who is 18 yrs and a musician for his music video they froze it also claiming I am the signatory to his account while they ask him to change the youth account he have for easy account when he wanted to take phone and said they do not give phone to under age..we change the account now even this Samantha who put hold on my account can not be reach since she is never on her sit..FNB realise my account and my Son account or be ready to pay for damage you are causing on my family
