FISRT CAR RENTAL

Bad service shame have been waiting for them to collect their cattle since yesterday. This guy took all my details till this morning nothing I must now go to work not sure what to do with this car. Even when they delivered they went to wrong place. I think TWF should continue with europcar rental ahane these ppl r very unprofessional.
