Terrible service . Bill you for fuel refill charge even if tank 100% full . Also bill you for excess ( don’t just block the funds actually debit your card) . The attractive rate of R713 for my rental became R1100 . Managements artitude was tough we don’t care . Even after having read negative reviews on trip advisor and first following their response to please talk to us . I should have taken the more expensive more reputable company options . Next time I will for sure .
