"First" or "Last" Car Rental

Despite booking 2 weeks in advance upon arrival no car waiting and was told it would have to come from the depot. 30 Minutes later I approached the desk and they looked at me in surprise, no-one had bothered to tell me the car had arrived. Worst service ever, seems like I'm not the only one - several clients were also waiting for cars. Safair would be better off distancing themselves from these guys as it reflects overall on my experience.
