First class car *****!

So went on holiday the 18 December and pre-booked a vehicle. When we got there they did not have our car, they said dont worry we will give you a free upgrade. As we proceeded I realized i forgot my license at home. Again they said don't worry we will redo the booking in your wifes name at the same rate. Wow we thought great. Had the holiday came back, waiting for our deposit nothing s happening so we phone to find out the charged us for the rebooking and the upgrade! Original booking R2781 and actual booking R4139
