First Care Rental on the urge of losing me

This e-mail serves as a formal complain for the service received by Lawrence at the Rustenburg Branch on 5 April 2021, who was working on the day of my collection. The car given was not in a good state. The driver seat was uncomfortable, the engine was running bad and the battery was almost dead. I had a very uncomfortable driving experience in that car cause when I switched it on, I had to keep jumpstarting or push. I asked Lawrence when he started the car on collection as I heard that it was not smooth when he started it but he gave it to me like that, with an attitude. The windscreen has three big chirps, and I found it unsafe.

I felt I needed to tell you that the service I got was close to nothing.
