First car will ***** your money without informing you when renting the car

They *****ing your money, do not use first car rental. I have used Euro Cars before, Avis cars never did they take my money. My vehicle was in for repairs, my insurances company arrange with first car rental to use rental car. Never when I have taken the car did they inform me that I will be reliable to pay contract fee for the booking that was made by the incurrence company. I gave the car back in mint condition with full tank. They they send my invoice to say I must pay the booking fee. This how they are *****ing your money. Do not use First car rental. Use Euro car or Avis I have never had any problems with those companies. Always easy and the pay you deposit back very quickly. STAY AWAY FROM FIRST CAR, YOU WILL LOSE MONEY THEY WILL JUST TAKE IT. I am going to fight this but this is to warn others not to be in same situation as I am. Rather use other companies like Euro Car hire, or Avis Car hire.
