First Car *******

I received 3x fines while in Paarl. Admit guilt, for (unknown) small speed offenses. However, fees for First Car to process were R350 per fine, more than the fines themselves! Outrageous. Was in the agreement, admittedly. Response to my plea for consideration met with reasons (blah blah) and standard response of 'NO', even in these times. Never again
