First Car Rental - will not use again

They have yet to release the "hold" - despite sending me a letter on 30 May to say this has been instructed - Bank says it cannot do so without receiving this. No help when phoning call centre - just to say it will take 24 hours to process my request. will NOT use them again and will discourage all others from doing so too.
