First Car Rental will in future always be my first choice.

I rented a car from First Car in December. I did have a few hassles that were slightly problematic, however they were sorted as soon as I pointed them out to one of their branches. When I received the account, I disagreed with one of the items that I was charged for and spoke to a gentleman Tshepo Ntuli. He was totally professional and the matter was sorted within 24 hours. Thank you Tshepo, your customer care was amazing. First Car will always be my first choice for vehicle rental, even in the case they may be slightly more expensive. With customer care like that it is most definitely worth it.
