Refuse to refund deposit ********* Poor service

I rented a car from First car Rental (FCR) The car was delivered to me. The windscreen was cracked. It is impossible for the driver who delivered the car to not have seen that the windscreen was cracked. We went through the car together checking for faults. The crack on the windscreen wasnt visible from the outside unless you looked very very carefully. I paid R1500 deposit and the driver left. I got into the car and immediately noticed the crack. When I notified FCR about the crack they said that they will get back to me. I've sent numerous emails. Its been months now and still nothing.

Once they have your money you will not hear from them again and they refuse to refund my deposit. The driver was clearly aware of the crack but even he did not note it on the checklist.
