First car rental stole my money

They will rip you off if you do not keep track of your cresit card and invoices, i was ****** of quite a lot of money ny first car rental as i was not monitoring my invoices as i had a long term rental with them, all i would do is send them an email to extend and they would take money from my credit card, i only realised when i closed my contract with them that there is money missing and when i opened a query in thia regards, they just appologised casually and told me they would refund my money back. It had been over 2 weeks and i have not recieved my money to date!!
