FIRST CAR RENTAL : **** ALLERT

To those who are looking to RENT a car please don't even think of going to FIRST CAR RENTAL!!!!

I rented a car in December and during the rental period, I got only one ticket which costed me R250.

I was told that R325 will be debited into my account for handling fee an amount that is completely higher than the fine itself it seems like we are paying for some *********** stuff time as I seriously don't understand on why we pay such an exorbitant amount just for transferring ticket into my name.

Another ticket was issued of which I didn't know anything about and they debited me again and I asked why was it the case because there was no ticket issued as the amount showed cancelled and R0 and I seriously didn't even know about it.

My account was debited again for the same amount and I called and asked but the annoying customer support keeps on not answering my questions and closing queries before my issue is resolved.

I am seriously annoyed and I don't want anything with this company.
