First Car Rental OR Tambo Avoid Ladies

<p>I use First Car monthly for past 4 years. Maloki the person who checks the car upon return treated me horribly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Maloki REFUSED to bring me a trolley and expected I fetch it myself.</p> <p> </p> <p>Was rude and argumentative. Insisted I use the word "Please " which I did a few times., considering I am well spoken professional.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then he had a problem with me using the wording: Can you bring me a trolley please? He went to say its like "he has to bring it". He was the worst example of customer experience. Will be calling upon all my colleagues to use a different service especially women.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reporter matter to Divan. Awaiting feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>ALL WOMEN avoid this rental company. </p>
