First Car Rental OR Tambo Airport - Worst customer service expierience !!!

I booked a rental car with First Car Rental OR Tambo to be collected on Thursday 4 October. When I arrived, a friendly gentlemen at the door told me to go through to the counter. There were 3 employees at the counter of which 2 were "stuck to their phones" and the last one was busy with a client.. I stood in front of the one lady (Vivwe) for some time before the gentleman at the door called her to assist. She finally looked up and she was clearly annoyed that I dared to interrupt her "screen time". I was treated with the utmost disrespect and I eventually asked her to treat me as a client, which annoyed her even more. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had and I will most definitely not be using First Car Rental again. People like Vivwe shouldn't be working with clients and she won't see me again.
