First Car Rental Not paying Deposit Back.

I rented a car at Cape Town International airport from 3 Aug to 10 Aug. I returned the car on the morning of the 10th. I was informed that the deposit would be paid back in 2 days. I was also informed that the payment was released. Today is Saturday 13 Aug. And no money in my bank. The call center only has a voice telling me that office hours are from 9 to 5. I need the money and there is no way to contact First Car Rental.
