First Car Rental not paying back holding deposit

What a joke. More than three weeks after returning the car in tip top shape and First Car Rental is still not clutching desperately to my R15k holding deposit. They must be having cash flow problems if withholding cash back from customers. Apparently their phones are ringing off the hooks because of others experiencing the same issue. I phoned their customer care and received an empty promise that the problem will be solved within 48hours. Interesting that they also add a little subtle clause in that the costs is R15k if vehicle is in accident or R15k if ****** but neglect to say what will happen if the car is ****** and then in a accident.
