First car rental, no, should be *****ing car rental!!

I flew Safair from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Safair promoted First rent a car. Off course when I told the staff about the promotion, they knew nothing about it. I proceeded to rent a car from them to my utter disappointment.

I drove the car for 152kms. I made sure I checked the reading on collection and return. I also stopped at the ENGEN Skystop 500mtrs away from the car rental company to fill up the car.

I returned the car, no problem. I then received the invoice with a charged of R59 plus R20 for admin fee to refuel the car. I disputed this and they said the car was not full.

Lana Baker, the company representative, who basically is telling me I am a ****, because I did not fill the car, despite having witnesses in the car, provided me with copies of their internal records showing that the car was driven another 209kms after I returned it, the car was then filled up and hence the charge of R59.

They refuse to credit my account. This is a matter of principle, it is not about the money, but looking at other complaints on Hallo Peter and social media, this company is clearly out *****ing their customers. They have no ethics hence just avoid them,they are dishonest.

Safair should disassociate them from these clowns.
