First Car Rental - NEVER USE THEM

Most pathetic company ever. Not wanting to assist. They blocked R4000 on my account which I understand but it's now been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my money back, despite the authorization supposedly being cancelled with my bank by them on the 4th August, and escalated again on the 8th August. It's now the 15th August. Each time I call they blame my bank and each time I call my bank they say they haven't received the necessary documents to release my money. They told me it will be released within 24 hours of returning the vehicle. I have had no positive assistance and all they can do is blame the other party. I will never ever rent a car from this pathetic company again! And the worst Customer Service agents alive.
