First Car Rental Money Heist

The actual rental experience with the local Klerksdorp branch on 07 May 2024 was great. However - it has now been a month and they have yet to release the 'hold' on my account for R5000 deposit. The car was returned in good condition with a full fuel tank on the 10th May 2024. The branch confirmed this. I have phoned the branch as well as the Head Office and all I get are platitudes and 'we'll look into it'. Do not rent from them!
